- Guests of residents are welcome, and will be asked to make a sliding scale donation for overnight stays
- Please be conscience of creating waste and separate all garbage. Schedules for garbage and recycling and other pertinent information are posted in the kitchen area
- Full refund for cancellations up to the evening of the day before your stay
- We are a covid conscience space and run hepa filters frequently throughout the space, help protect all communities by masking, limiting travel and contact with others while ill
- We are a cannabis positive space, consume responsibly outdoors where ash trays are provided

Amenities available for residents include, wifi, level 2 ev charging, shared kitchen, bathrooms, common areas, media room and shared studio spaces.
Private bedrooms are equipped with a closet, bed + bedding, fan, lamp, desk and chair.
Accessibility info – Front and side doors are accessed up 4 stairs, the rear door is accessed through a rock garden with 2 steps down and 1 step up to the sun porch before passing through a sliding door. Main floor bathroom is one step down. Guest rooms and second bathroom are located up a flight of 12 stairs and equipped with a sturdy hand rail. Hallways have night lights and fire alarms on each floor.
