First thank you for your interest. For transparency I’m placing our liability waiver front and centre. Understand we are an operational hobby farm on rural land and terrain, visiting a farm doesn’t come without risk even when we do what we can to mitigate problems. That being said, we will care for you as we care for ourselves and look forward to meeting in person.
Waiver of Liability
This agreement releases Joey Bruni, Ryan Greening and Owl Ridge Acres from all liability relating to injuries that may occur while taking part in activities at Owl Ridge Acres 30914 HWY 28 East. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Joey Bruni, Ryan Greening and Owl Ridge Acres entirely free from any liability, including but not limited to financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
I acknowledge that there are risks involved in taking part in workshops or the work share program. These include but are not limited to injury, illness and/or allergies. I swear that I am participating voluntarily and that I understand all risks related to the activities in which I participate. I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity. I am responsible to make every effort to observe all safety precautions related to my activities at Owl Ridge Acres. I will ask for clarification when needed.
By signing below I forfeit all right to bring any claim against Owl Ridge Acres or Joey Bruni & Ryan Greening for any reason. In return, I will receive accommodation, hands-on learning and lived experience.
